1 – Apply & Lock

Fill out your application online or call us today and we’ll do it for you.  Don’t worry, it will only take you 15 minutes.  After we pre-approve your loan, we lock in your rates and fees.  You’ll know exactly what you are going to get at the end.

2 - Process

Your personal Loan Processor will contact you to tell you if there is anything that is needed, like  pay stubs, W2’s, etc.

3 - Sign & Close

If you are purchasing your home, we’ll send your docs wherever they need to go.  If you are refinancing, we will send someone to meet you in the comfort of your own home if you’d like.  Depending on the type of loan you are doing, either that same day or three days later your new loan is funded and closed.
